Leave a ReviewWhen my son started at N-Able 5 yrs ago, he was dysregulated, mainstream school traumatised and really shut down. His self esteem, confidence and sense of worth were on the floor. He was unable to engage in many team activities and had minimal real connection with other peers. N-Able supported him to feel safe again. Safe inside himself and externally in an educational setting. Staff skilfully encouraged him to pick up and brush off his sense of self and value. Through honest, meaningful conversation and trauma informed practice, staff here meet each student where they are and pace to the needs of the individual, without compromising on expectations of respect and integrity in return. They increase personal toolkits to support self regulation. My kid can now play team sports and boardgames, please don't underestimate the enormity of that. He went in a boy and left as a confident young man. He delights in popping back in and is so proud to be known and celebrated there. Thank you will never be enough. I thoroughly recommend N-Able to any parent/carer of any student who has been victim of an archaic, ignorant and punitive educational system. With huge gratitude, a Mum of a young man on the verge of not warranting an EHCP any more !

N-able is an amazing team who provide a nurturing environment for those young people who find mainstream school isn't the right fit for them. Sarah and the team give these young people the opportunity to truly thrive and rebuild self confidence after what can be many years of hearing negative comments and receiving criticism. They change the lives of not only the young people but their families who can see their kids achieving what they are capable of in the right environment. Sarah and the team are truly amazing.

I was very impressed from the first time I met Sara at n-able, All the staff I have met, have had, a very good impact on kieran, They work so hard, to engage and help these young people, to their full potential, Kieran was abit challenging and having some issues with education and his personal being. Since being at n-able, he has calmed down, and has a better relationship with his peers, and his concentration to deal with subjects has improved greatly. This centre and staff have brought out the best in my child, They cover all needs and subjects I can honestly say, I Would recommend n-able to anyone

My son has come on leaps and bounds since being at N-able. All the staff at the centre go above and beyond for all the students. My son has gained lots of confidence, hitting his targets and most of all he is happy there!

Having watched my young person struggle and suffer with mainstream education for many years I truly believed nothing could help him. From day one the staff made him feel valued and listened to.He felt safe and secure. All staff take the time to listen and understand his needs.Flexibility around his changing needs helps so much to ease his anxiety. So much support with his education and life beyond school. On his first day he went in with head down and all hunched up.4 hours later he came out head up high and smiling.Talked non stop on the way home about how great it was.Eager to return the next day.He cannot believe how helpful and caring every staff member is.It is wonderful to hear him talk so positively about his days now. Thank you for all you do for these young people.

K has only been at N-able for a few weeks, and already we are seeing our lovable funny boy shine through again. Diagnosed with ASD and SEMH needs school is a real struggle, but N-able is giving him the opportunity to socialise and build his confidence. Thank you all so much, I recommend your safe inclusive space to everyone!

As carers of an N-Able student who previously struggled tremendously in mainstream education, we cannot stress enough what a positive impact N-Able has had on her this past year. Over time, the staff managed to build trust and respect with her, whilst coming up with a bespoke learning package to suit her needs. Indeed, she arrives and leaves (almost always) each day with a big smile (even if she tries to hide it!) This was unthinkable some eighteen months ago! As a family too, the strain has been totally taken away in so far as we've gone from having endless phone calls, meetings, unpredictable early pick-ups and days off school, to a stable, secure and reliable school week. Thank you, N-Able Worcester

I moved to N Able Worcester after leaving Norton College. I couldn't cope at Norton - I got angry and sad and left after half a term. N Able is so much better. It's chilled, the staff care, and they're down to earth and funny. Scott is a nice guy and really funny, Jacob is a nice guy, Dale is cool, and Alekey is good too. Coming to N Able has made everything better for me.

My time at N-Able has really helped me get back into learning. The staff there are so nice and really help you at your own pace. They have plenty of games and activities to help you wind down.

Our son was unable to attend any sort of setting for 5 long years, until the day he walked through the doors at N-able. He instantly fitted right in and was made to feel right at home with no demands or pressure to 'fit in' Since he's started N-able we have noticed such a difference in his confidence and his willingness to try new things. The staff are angels in disguise, they really do work magic with what they achieve with the young people. The young people are also a credit to them, how they encourage their peers and support them is lovely to witness.

Whilst awaiting confirmation of a new school place, our daughter has attended Derby N-able for the past 6 weeks, and it's been excellent for her; the staff are lovely, the site is calm and quiet and she has thoroughly enjoyed her experience of education and creative sessions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this provider based on our personal experience. Our thanks to Alistair, Sarah and Fred.

At the time my daughter started at N-Able, I was genuinely considering home schooling her. The mainstream school system simply was not set up for her additional needs. Too often, she was misunderstood rather than supported. Staff did not always have the time, understanding or resources to recognise that she wasn't a "bad" child, she was simply different, and that difference is something truly beautiful. I will admit that I was initially sceptical about sending her to an alternative provision, as I feared she would experience the same struggles all over again. By this point, her confidence, self-esteem and belief in her own academic ability were almost non-existent. How wrong I was. From the very first day, my daughter was welcomed with open arms. She was treated with kindness, patience, respect and genuine care. For the first time in a very long time, she felt seen. She felt listened to. She felt understood. The impact that N-Able has had on her life cannot be put into words. Over time, her confidence began to grow not only academically, but personally too. She slowly started to believe in herself again and for the first time in what felt like forever, I got my happy, confident little girl back. Every single member of staff has played a part in that journey. They have invested their time, energy, compassion and unwavering support into helping my daughter thrive. They created an environment where she felt safe enough to be herself and that has been life changing for both her and our family. N-Able is so much more than an educational provision, it is a place where children are accepted, valued and encouraged to flourish exactly as they are. I honestly cannot thank the entire team enough for everything they have done for my daughter.

N-Able is a brilliant school with so much to offer. The staff are absolutely amazing - they're relaxed, funny, and really easy to talk to. They genuinely listen to you and always try to understand your situation, offering support in lots of different ways. My favourite members of staff have to be Abi in pottery, Abi in hair, and Lucy in cooking - they make lessons enjoyable and help create such a positive environment. There's still so much more for me to experience here, and I'm really excited for what's to come. Before coming to N-Able, I struggled a lot in mainstream education, especially with attending lessons. Since joining, I've started to thrive. I now attend N-Able two days a week and mainstream three days a week, which has made such a big difference for me. Overall, N-Able is an incredible school, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs extra support in a welcoming and understanding environment.

Our son has been at N-Able for 18 months now and is absolutely loving it, we have seen an improvement in his confidence and self esteem. His mental health has been so much better and he generally looks happy. Previous to coming our son was struggling so much with the environment of mainstream and austim base, he was traumatised, self esteem was non existent and was extremely anxious. It took him a good while to settle at N-able BUT the staff did not give up on him, he feels safe and gets on with all the staff. They have brought his smile back (and ours) and I cannot thank them enough for how it has now changed our home life.
