North Worcester Primary school kindly asked us to help clear their Forest School site – some of our lads were keen volunteers and enjoyed ‘construction’ as well as ‘destruction’ of new and old structures. They learned new skills, teamwork and enjoyed the great outdoors. Forest school will now be a regular feature on our timetable for any of our students who want to participate.

  • Centre Now Open

    Centre Now Open

We are delighted to announce that the Derby branch of N-Able is now open. We will be initially accepting students on Fridays, but will be expanding the open days as we grow to meet the needs of young people in Derby and beyond.

If you have a young person you think would thrive at N-Able, please don’t hesitate to contact us at office@n-ablederby.co.uk

    Derby Centre Opening Soon

We are pleased to announce that on the 9th January 2025, we will be opening the new N-Able Derby site to a small number of students who are struggling to manage in mainstream education.

The new centre will be based at 80 Lowerdale Road, Derby – the site of the former Kip Mgrath Tuition centre – and has been kitted out with new furniture, decorations and learning equipment to provide a welcoming, inclusive learning space for young people aged between 11 – 25 years.

  • Half Term Update

We’ve had a fabulous last week of half term, the English and maths teams have had great fun creating and making their own Halloween board games along with counters and dice. There’s been a lot of laughter in centre, some singing, some music and lots of eating as per usual. Have a great week off for half term and see you back on Monday 4th!

  • Football Match

    Football Match

Proud of these lads today as they played their first football match together against another school. They may not have worn their bibs properly (far too uncool) but their attitudes were great and they all played well.
